General description<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
This device offers extensive connectivity options, including digital inputs such as AES\/EBU, coaxial, Toslink and USB Audio. Streaming is possible via shared network folders, USB storage, UPnP\/DLNA media servers and various streaming services such as Amazon Music Unlimited, Qobuz Sublime+ and TIDAL Connect. It supports file formats such as AIFF, FLAC and DSD up to DSD512. Outputs include balanced XLR (4.4Vrms) and unbalanced RCA (2.1Vrms) connections. Network connectivity is provided via Gigabit Ethernet and tri-band WiFi. Optional internal storage can be added. The device is controlled via the Lightning DS app for iOS or web browser. <\/span><\/div>\n
Background information<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
The AURALiC VEGA G1 is designed with the same philosophy as AURALiC’s high-end models: uncompromising digital reproduction. Drawing on their background in physics and engineering, the design team works from the belief that digital music should sound rich and natural. The enclosure is made of black anodized aluminum, with an internal design that uses AURALiC’s Tesla hardware platform. This provides computing power for advanced DSP, upsampling and jitter reduction. The DAC operates with a femto clock and supports resolutions up to 32bit\/384kHz and DSD512. <\/span><\/div>\n
Brand history<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
AURALiC was founded in 2009 by Wang Xuanqian and Yuan Wang, who met at a concert in Berlin. Their shared passion for music and high-quality sound reproduction led to the founding of the company. AURALiC focuses on designing and developing audio equipment that integrates seamlessly into modern interiors and is easy to operate. The company strives to allow users to enjoy the benefits of digital music formats without the complexity of traditional audio equipment.
