Thanks to the use of GaNFET output transistors, these amplifiers deliver smooth and detailed reproduction, with low distortion levels and high energy efficiency.   <\/p>\n<p>The design was developed entirely in-house, without the use of external modules, ensuring a unique signature. The amplifier uses GaNFET technology for ultra-fast switching and low distortion. Everything is built in-house in the USA, with carefully selected components, high-quality circuit boards and internal cabling for optimal signal integrity.  <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"specification-item row-header\"><span class=\"spec-content\"><strong>Brand history<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"specification-item row-even\"><span class=\"spec-content\">Atma-Sphere was founded in 1976 by Ralph Karsten. In 1989, the company developed the first fully balanced OTL (Output Transformerless) amplifier, the MA-1. Later models such as the MA-2 and M-60 were also introduced. Atma-Sphere uses feedback-free circuitry and applies balanced topologies. The brand&#8217;s first preamplifier, the MP-1, was introduced in 1989 and was designed as part of a fully balanced system. The designs are based on the principles from Karsten&#8217;s original 1975 publication on balanced amplification. The company produces products that feature primarily tube technology and works with hand-wired components.
