The AudioQuest Niagara 5000 is an advanced power conditioner designed to improve the performance of audio systems by reducing noise and distortion in the power supply. With twelve outlets, including four for high-power devices and eight for source components, the Niagara 5000 provides ample connection options for a variety of audio setups. <\/p>\n

One of its notable features is the patented AC Ground-Noise-Dissipation System, which helps reduce ground noise, delivering a cleaner signal. It also features a Transient Power Correction Circuit, which provides an instantaneous power reserve of more than 90 amps, which is especially beneficial for amplifiers requiring sudden power surges. <\/p>\n

The Niagara 5000 is also equipped with non-sacrificing overvoltage protection and an automatic shutdown function at extreme voltages, ensuring protection of connected equipment without having to replace components after a power surge. <\/p>\n

Through these technologies, the Niagara 5000 contributes to improved sound quality, with deeper black levels and clearer, more dynamic sound.<\/span><\/div>\n

Designed by Garth Powell, the AudioQuest Niagara 5000 focuses on cleaner power for high-end audio. The unit uses AudioQuest’s patented Ground-Noise Dissipation System and a non-sacrificing overcurrent protection system. The internal wiring is directionally controlled copper and the enclosure is resonance-controlled. High-quality components are carefully selected to minimize noise and distortion. <\/span><\/div>\n

AudioQuest was founded in 1980 by William E. Low in California, United States. The brand began by hand assembling cables according to specific design methods based on minimizing distortion. AudioQuest has since developed a product line that includes interlink cables, speaker cables, digital and network cables, mains products and portable accessories. The company has stuck to the use of directional cables and solid core conductors from the beginning. In 2012, AudioQuest introduced the DragonFly, a USB DAC. Product development takes place in the United States, while some manufacturing is done in China and elsewhere.
