On both new and used products we trade in. Ho ho, not everything just like that! Please send us brand, type, plus optical and technical condition, and we will be happy to assess whether we can offer a nice trade-in discount. Unfortunately we cannot trade in everything, it has to fit in the shop. With trade-ins on used products, we may well take back only the same level in terms of product popularity.

That tap and twig sound different at our place than at home. It sounds slightly different everywhere. The difference in components, acoustics, cabling, state of mind … real factors that determine. After consultation, listening at home is a possibility to exclude.

Unfortunately we cannot just buy everything, we have to be selective. Do not arrive unannounced with a car full of components, we always determine this in advance from a distance.

There is also a man of the house gentlemen! Believe. Believe in yourself. Put things down carefree just as others put down their things carefree. You are shocked anyway: you walk in unsuspecting and suddenly there it is, a hideous vase. What has made men believe that there is an extremely appropriate storytelling moment. Everyone is welcome to visit our shop! We are not present at night but if you do come, we will provide a nice loud welcome tune. Use the long stairs that we curse daily. All fine items can be found in our showrooms, all rooms are provided with a smoke screen by fog machines as part of an appropriate atmosphere. Then, should you decide to walk with heavy gear, be especially careful … and keep your abdominal muscles tensed to avoid back pain. Our night host arrives not much later with broad smiles and broad shoulders for an embrace.
Curious eyes!
Nothing is more fun than passing our low threshold. We do it ourselves daily and never get bored. Every week we shelf fillers cram many products into every nook and cranny of the shop. So we take curiosity about our world as a nice compliment. We have to do our very best to stay below the daily number of visitors to the Eiffel Tower, so just popping in to browse among all the beauty is unfortunately not possible. It’s just audio people. Determining taste is not a scientific discipline. For some it is of course a lot of fun and useful to read and know a lot, for others this is not what they are looking for and they think, come on, get that volume control! Whether you know a lot about audio or not, as far as we are concerned, this is independent of the feeling generated by listening to an audio set. So never hold back and speak up!

We are a group of audio freaks who enjoy chatting about audio, listening to audio, watching audio, feeling audio. Fortunately, we also find each other amusing, which makes attendance a party. The team includes a highly skilled engineer-product designer who handles equipment as if it were patients, a few listening enthusiasts who have heard a lot but mostly let the apprature do the talking…. Including a 2-star chef who left for a 5-star shop, an IT project manager who always has to connect so prefers to come to us to disrupt, a meticulous painter who approaches all tasks with that perspective in addition to his graphically sleek canvases, a safety expert who comes into the shop to blow off steam by dealing with deadly current and excessive decibels, and there’s another one who regulates all sorts of things. We also have a mechanical engineer who has opened more speakers than he has listened to since he was ten years old, a programmer-system developer who ensures that we as a team can function at lightning speed and without stress, a professional driver who left his 30-ton diesel to get on our audio bus, and of course the man in charge of the exceptionally orderly warehouse, who ‘may à be’.

Everyone knows it, coming home, connecting, feeling like it, but then the sweat breaks out of you, gusts, balking. It doesn’t sound good at all at home! Well, just let it be known anyway, audio should be fun above all, and we are very happy to work on that.

Our telephone accessibility sometimes sucks! And we are a little bit proud of that. We don’t like to answer the phone when we have visitors in the shop. In such cases you will soon receive a standard message, please send a reply back, we are usually pretty quick with answering, as with answering emails and other messages. Heavy and awkward? Ho ho, you can’t just say that! Less manageable and weighty, which sounds friendlier. We have a bus with a careful driver for the exceptional cases. We also handle him carefully, and assume delivery on the first floor. On a floor we are happy to think about but please indicate this in advance. Unfortunately, delivery is neither free nor a certainty, it depends on distance and availability.

Products are properly packaged and pampered for a while! We ship standard packages under 31 kilograms for free within the Netherlands and Belgium, and we charge partial shipping costs for other countries. Large speakers and heavy backbreakers are also no problem, but this works on a small or large pallet. Send us your zip code and we will quickly provide you with information about the costs.
