Returns
With a distance purchase, you have 14 days to try products, called the trial period.
Within this period, you can view, listen to and review your order. Please note that audio equipment has a period of adjustment. Feel free to ask questions about this. This is also possible before you place your order. We like to think along with you!
If you are not satisfied, you can return the product without hassle.
How to return:
- Please respond to the order confirmation email, this will allow us to find your order quickly. If you cannot find this email, please send your email to members@freakuence.nl
- Please include your IBAN/Bank account number in the email.
- Indicate that you want to return and why.
- You will receive instructions and the return address from us.After receiving and checking the product, we will promptly refund the purchase price.
