Here 5 stars for our visitors! You will find the good reviews about our shop here, but they can be found online overall. We really appreciate the opportunity to drive it. What a celebration, so that every day is filled with positive reports and pleasant meetings. The convenience online and in the store makes it particularly pleasant for us as a team to do so. We fully enjoy the shop and are confident that this will always be possible thanks to the sellers who will give us the opportunity to purchase the items we have available. Thanks everyone!

Wood. With its many shades and veins, it flames. Wood is warmth. Wooden instruments feel and sound warmer, as do floors of the workable material. Wood in the living environment creates cozy feelings. Wood for the chopper, wood for the crafter, wood for the fires, wood for the heat. We try to preserve just a little bit of that heat here. Wooden beams from floor to ceiling create a pleasant acoustic diffusion. Coarse masonry stone fills the space around the fireplace that seems to quietly accompany the music. The combination of wood and stone creates a special display, the feeling of being in a larger space than it appears. All frequencies are nicely spread out here and the lows wander easily around the room while maintaining focus. Take a seat, relax and look deep into the jungle.

CD

The Compact Disc (CD), like most inventions, did not appear out of thin air. After the invention of the laser in 1958, the first patent for optically readable disks was filed in 1961. The first digital video records were introduced in 1972. After a flop by Philips, the manufacturer, together with Sony, released the first CD in 1979. We do not know what it contained, but in 1982 the first CD was released for the market, it was the album Visitors by ABBA. In this year the first player became available and so began the elimination of the LP from the market. Many have literally thrown their LPs in the trash… we still see some visitors being disappointed when they tell us this. Velen hebben hun lp’s letterlijk bij het vuil gezet… sommige bezoekers zien wij nog steeds balen als ze dit vertellen.

We are having a great time with all the audio and we can share that feeling with most visitors. Yet sometimes there are companions who have no interest in it at all.
Audio can be stolen from them.
We also like to make those genes happy.

Soon hopefully!

Radio

Guglielmo Marconi invented wireless telegraphy in 1896. The first step to radio as we know it today. After many attempts, he succeeded in sending signals wirelessly over a distance of 2400 meters. The Italian government showed no interest so he emigrated to Britain. With the permission of the French government, a transmitting station was set up at Wimereux, after which, under Marconi’s direction, the first radio messages were sent between England and France on March 27, 1899. Several decades passed between this moment and the many radios in people’s homes. Until television appeared, the radio was the device people stayed home for, sitting around it together, for news, music and radio plays. After radio, there have been many ways of “bringing music into the home,” but radio stations with their radio stations are by far the most listened to, and have never gone away. In recent years, fm stations are increasingly being received by Internet radio the same radio stations, but without signals.
