With an output of 150 watts for the tube amplifier and 300 watts for the solid-state amplifier, the McIntosh MC451 delivers enough power to drive virtually any speaker. The integrated crossover allows precise tuning of the frequency distribution between the two amplifier sections, resulting in dynamic and detailed sound reproduction.
The McIntosh MC451 features the DualView™ Power Output Meter, which displays real-time output power from both the tube and solid-state sections. In addition, the amplifier features various McIntosh technologies such as Power Guard®, Sentry Monitor™ and Solid Cinch™ speaker connections, which contribute to reliable and high-quality audio reproduction.
