The AudioQuest Black Beauty 150-cm XLR cable is designed to provide a high-quality connection between audio devices. With its solid Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) conductors and directional control, this cable helps minimize distortion and efficiently dissipate radio frequency noise. The combination of a carbon/graphene mesh network and 0.5% silver-plated RF drain wires contributes to clear and natural sound reproduction. The copper housing and silver-coated red copper connectors ensure reliable signal transmission. With a length of 150 cm, this cable offers enough flexibility for various setups.
Length: 1.5 m Conductors: Solid Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) Insulation: Hard-Cell Polyethylene Foam Noise Dissipation: Level 6 with ZERO-Tech and Carbon/Graphene Mesh Network Connector Housings: Grounded and copper-plated Plugs: Silver-plated over red copper Directional Control: All internal conductors are directional
The AudioQuest Black Beauty XLR is designed with Garth Powell's "Zero-Tech" philosophy of pure signal transport without interference. This interconnect uses Solid Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS) conductors for maximum conductivity and minimum distortion. The 72V DBS system stabilizes the dielectric environment for consistent sound. Connectors are cold-welded and silver-plated for optimal conductivity. Production is closely controlled for top results.
AudioQuest was founded in 1980 by William E. Low in California, United States. The brand began by hand assembling cables according to specific design methods based on minimizing distortion. AudioQuest has since developed a product line that includes interlink cables, speaker cables, digital and network cables, mains products and portable accessories. The company has stuck to the use of directional cables and solid core conductors from the beginning. In 2012, AudioQuest introduced the DragonFly, a USB DAC. Product development takes place in the United States, while some manufacturing is done in China and elsewhere. AudioQuest applies a philosophy where material selection, geometry and finish have a direct impact on cable performance.
